Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Postage UK

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail service, and are received the within 24-72 hours however you should allow 7-10 working days for deliveries to arrive. A flat rate shipping cost of £ 3.95 is on all UK orders.

If you wish to request a guaranteed delivery date then please contact us for a price.

Our timed delivery services cover most of the UK mainland but will not be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other parts of the UK. Normally it will take a further 24 hours for deliveries in these areas. Please contact us if you require further information.

Postage outside of UK

Royal Mail International Signed to Europe is £14.95 for upto 2kg & World Zones 1 & 2 Royal  Mail International Signed For is £24.95 for upto 2kg. If your order for Euorpe or the rest of the world is over 2kg we will contact you after the order is placed to advise the extra postage charge.

Outside of the UK orders are sent via Airmail and delivery times vary from country to country.

How To Order

Simply select the item that you want and click on the Add to Cart button - please be careful to choose the correct size and colour - this takes you to Your Shopping cart page where you can either continue shopping or checkout.

You have to select delivery method to see correct shipping costs - either UK, Europe or World. UK p&p £3.95, Royal Mail International Signed to Europe is £14.95 for upto 2kg & World Zones 1 & 2 Royal  Mail International Signed For is £24.95 for upto 2kg. If you order for Euorpe or the rest of the world is over 2kg we will contact you after the order is placed to advise the extra postage charge.. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping location button - we are unable to send overseas if you have only paid for UK shipping!

When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout click on the Checkout button or Paypal Express Checkout button. For Paypal express checkout you will be taken straight to paypals login page where you need to log in and pay for your items. This is the quickest and easiest way to pay as all your details are automatically sent to our system. For Normal Checkout, You will need to fill in your Name and address details and click on a payment method button for Paypal, Visa & Mastercard. 

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your order, this will include a tracking number so you can check the progress of your order.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £200 (UK ONLY)

Packaging

Your order will be sent to you in a sturdy plastic envelope which, if opened carefully, can be reused. We keep to a minimum the amount of packaging and paper work that we send through the post but along with your order you should expect to receive a paper invoice with our return address that you can use when returning items to us.

Returns Policy

Items in the 20% Off offer can still be returned, items from the sale category cannot be returned.

If you're not happy with your order then return it!

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Dance & Leisurewear but if for any reason you change your mind, decide you don't like the colour or want to order more than one style to choose from, be confident that you can easily return any unwanted items. Please be aware that you will be refunded for the returned goods & not the initial postage & packaging on the order.

All we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you receive it, in its original packaging, with tags, unused, clean and free from odour, make up or deodorant within 21 days of purchase to:

We will process your return within 28 days from when we receive it but some card companies take up to 10 days to show the credit in your account.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour etc..please re order the new item required online as normal.

Exclusions

All sale items, personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the returns policy so please check carefully before ordering.

As soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel or return the item either before or after dispatch.

A full charge will be made on goods that have been returned in a used or unsaleable condition (e.g. damaged packaging, torn, scuffed or dirty goods). A £2 charge will be made to replace any missing packaging or labelling upon return. For reasons of hygiene we can not offer refunds on underwear or tights.
We reserve the right to return to you (at your cost) any item returned to us after 21 days or not in compliance with the conditions above.

Post and Packaging costs can only be refunded if the reason for return is because of an error on our part. The cost of P&P will be deducted from refunds on returned goods that attracted a Free P&P offer upon ordering.

For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that we do not receive.

 

 

Credit Card Security Credit and debit card payments are performed using PayPal Website Payments. This facility provides you with the piece of mind that your payment is secure. Your card details are not passed to us: we only receive confirmation that a payment has been successful.
